Senior Internal Auditor – Elk Grove Village, IL | $90,000–$105,000 + 5% Bonus

This is a high-visibility role with minimal travel (just 2 weeks/year), excellent exposure to leadership, and a clear path into corporate finance, operations, or other accounting areas across the enterprise.

As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will:

• Lead operational audits across areas like payroll, procurement, recruiting, and risk management

• Conduct financial audit procedures and evaluate internal controls

• Prepare audit programs, perform fieldwork, and draft findings

• Present audit results to leadership and monitor remediation plans

• Support continuous improvement initiatives across audit processes
  
  

We’re looking for a Senior Internal Auditor with:

• 2–3 years of internal audit at a large corporation or

• 2–3 years in external audit from a mid-to-large public accounting firm

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• CPA or CIA preferred
